SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We mostly use USPS however, if unavailable to assure our customers receive their packages on time, we may use different carriers for all our shipping needs. Please make sure to enter your correct mailing address. Please note we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If your item is returned to us for an incorrect address, you are responsible for the reshipping fee. We process orders as promptly as possible. You will receive an email once the order ships. Typically, items ship within 1-2 business days however this can change during peak times. We do not ship on US holidays or weekends. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days for delivery depending on your location and or delivery. We are not responsible for natural weather delays on all orders as they are out of our control.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final! We ONLY accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit, or if the incorrect item was shipped. No other refunds or exchanges will be given. 

How does a refund or exchange work? 

In the event, you receive a damaged or wrong item. Please email fashionexpresscloset@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with pictures and an explanation of the issue. We will respond within 24-72 hours. If we find that the issue is valid you will be provided a return label. You have 5 business days to return the damaged item for a refund or exchange. Once a returned item has been received it will be inspected within 48 hours of being delivered. We will then process and mail the exchange item within 48 hours upon return inspection. Please allow 3-10 business days for refunds to your original payment method. If the refund is not received within 10 business days please contact your bank. WE WILL ONLY REFUND TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. IF THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE WE WILL ISSUE STORE CREDIT NO EXCEPTION. 

How long do I have to send an item back?
We understand that mistakes happen so we will allow you to return the damaged item for a refund or exchange within 5 days of receiving the original package. 

What if I can not fit my item

No refunds will be provided if you can not fit an item. Please utilize the size chart. The size chart is approximate only. Please read the product description for each individual item. Feel free to contact us and we are more than happy to assist helping you get the correct size. 

Can I get a refund if my order is delivered late?

No refunds will be provided for late deliveries. Shipping issues are out of our control. If you pay for shipping and we mail the package out on time but arrived late due to mail carrier issues we will NOT provide a refund.

Can I get a refund if my preorder did not arrive on time?

A refund for a preorder item will only be provided if the item is no longer in stock. No refund will be provided if your preordered item is not received on time. Preordered items are not currently in stock and may be delayed by the vendor causing the estimated date to be pushed back. We try our best to provide these items in the time frame we estimate but some situations are out of our control. 

Final sale- Under no circumstances are these items allowed to be returned
